What does this Forex trading indicator do.
At all price levels it will tell you (in numbers) and show you (in colours) how strong that level has been as a level of support and a level of resistance in the past.
What do you do with that information:-
- You evaluate your intended buy transactions to see if there is a quantified area of low resistance above your entry and areas of high support below your entry.
- You use the area above your entry with high resistance as your target and you use the area below your entry very high support as your stop.
- You identify areas of price consolidation (where the price gets stuck and does not move)
- You identify rocket zones where the price move through very quickly (great for reaching target quickly)
