| Upload the upgrade from EAFactory

The Grid Trend Multiplier is now available for upload from the EAFactory website.
There have been 3 main changes:-
- We have made it easy to trade non Forex instruments
- We have added price levels where no further trades will be opened
- We have made the EA FIFO compliant
